   • Characterization of electronic structure by means of density functional theory
   • Physics of complex Jahn-Teller point defects: (Pseudo-, Product-, Dynamic-)
   • Modeling of  Spin-orbit effect, zero field splitting, non-radiative transitions and relaxation
   • Characterization of Optical excitation energy, vibronic sideband from ab initio, polarization
