Theoretical characterization of point defects in semiconductors (diamond) with VASP ab-initio code:
- Characterization of electronic structure by means of density functional theory
- Physics of complex Jahn-Teller point defects: (Pseudo-, Product-, Dynamic-)
- Modeling of Spin-orbit effect, zero field splitting, non-radiative transitions and relaxation
- Characterization of Optical excitation energy, vibronic sideband from ab initio, polarization
- Characterization of highly correlated systems. (dynamic and static electronic correlation)
